Instant Gratification

I have been busy working on getting projects together for an upcoming quilting retreat. This is the center for one quilt that I am going to be working on.

Warm Welcome Center

I am in need of one particular fabric to finish up the borders. So this morning I got in my car and drove 62 miles round trip to try to locate it. Since it is an older Jo Morton fabric I could not find it. I started looking for it online and was able to get what I needed.

If I hadn’t wanted instant gratification I could have saved time and gas. Do you ever do dumb things like this?

I better get back to making berries, 52 more to go, for the borders.

Until next time.

Pat

What a beautiful block, Pat. I saw your Mary picture on the SAL blog - great progress. I am using Q-snap for hooping my Mary - so far, I have really liked it.
