Loose Ends

I finished this quilt top the other day

Trick or Treat Rotated  and then I was at loose ends as to what to start working on next.  So I dug this out of my projects to finish

Progress on WIP's 001 but decided that I did not want to work on it until fall.  Then I pulled this out

Progress on WIP's 002and decided that it look bright and cherry and more like Spring.  So I have been working on it along with thisProgress on WIP's 003

which I have been stitching on for my grand daughter.  It has been a nice change of pace.

I attended the Dallas Quilt show last week but was not too inspired, of course, that was probably a good thing, considering all of the projects I already have.  I did purchase this book

Progress on WIP's 004which will be interesting to read and the quilt is very appealing for those of us that like mid 19th century quilts.

I guess that is it ……

Until next time.

Oh your basket quilt is wonderful! That is the kind of quilt I love and would start but never finish.

I love your basketquilt1 I'm doing little baskets too..just doing them in between other things.
I oftentimes feel a bit "out of sorts" when I finish up a project and I think you're the first person I've seen say they get that too?
I like the projects you've settled on. :)

I just got the Scraps of Life book too and I love that they've included a close up pic of each block in the quilt. It's a treat to see each fabric so well and at some point I'd like to try to recreate it.
